OWNER, PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Sara is passionate about helping patients overcome challenges, improve their quality of life, and get back to doing what they love.

Her connection to physical therapy is personal. As a competitive basketball and softball player growing up, Sara experienced multiple injuries and underwent shoulder surgery in high school to repair a torn labrum. It was during that time that she truly saw the impact physical therapy can have—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, as well.

Sara went on to continue her softball career at the Division I level at both the University of New Mexico and Creighton University. She later earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton. In recognition of her athletic career, she was inducted into the Marian High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2013.

As the owner of Midwest Physical Therapy, Sara is committed to doing things the right way—putting patients first, building real relationships, and going above and beyond to help each person reach their goals. She values the opportunity to connect with her patients and believes that meaningful recovery starts with trust, education, and individualized care.

Outside of the clinic, Sara stays busy with her husband, Matt, and their three kids—Ryan, Luke, and Nora. She enjoys traveling, attending Jays games, and golfing.
